for those of you new to xanga and layouts here's step by step instructions!
1.well first you need to go into look and feel on your home page. OR if you are using the new home page steup you will need to click edit theme. Both of the buttons will be on the left hand side of the screen.
2.If you click the "edit theme" button it will take you directly to viewing your page but if you clicked "look and feel" you need to go to view my site or something like that. it will be in the box near the top talking about xanga themes.
3. Once viewing your page you need to uncheck "make this your active theme" click delete and save.
4. Okay now you can get started.Next step is to get back to "Look and Feel"
Once in look and feel, select "Input Your own header" and paste the code copied from the desired layout into the box. Preview, save, and then you're done.
